About NDN Pet Foods...

...and the folks who make them!

Nu Dimensions Nutrition was founded in 1998 to provide dogs and cats with a varied diet that meets their need for fresh, wholesome, raw foods. Our products are available in 10 different flavors to provide the absolute best nutrition for your companion animals, while offering a varied diet.  It is known that a varied diet can help avoid food allergies.

Our Ingredients are the best available.  All NDN meats are USDA Inspected, Hormone and Antibiotic Free.  Our poultry (chicken, turkey, and duck) are free range as well as being hormone and antibiotic free.  All of our vegetables are organically grown and consist of a varied selection of over a dozen varieties.

NDN products are formulated based on the recommendations of Kymythy Schultze, CCN, AHI, author of Natural Nutrition for Dogs and Cats: The Ultimate Diet.  Dr. Ian Billinghurst, author of Give Your Dog a Bone and Grow Your Pups with Bones.  And most importantly Natural Health for Dogs and Cats by Dr. Richard Pitcairn.  Holistic veterinarian Dr. Adele Monroe also helped us to develop our pet food formulas.

Our pet food replicates the carnivores' natural and biologically appropriate diet. NDN foods are designed to provide maximum flexibility in meeting the unique nutritional needs of your dog and/or cat.

The specially formulated Meaty Bone and Veggie Cuisine foods provide a wide variety of naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional elements. We provide this variety to obtain maximum nutrition the old-fashioned way - from real, whole food sources.

Fresh, Hormone and Antibiotic Free Meat

All NDN meat sources are USDA inspected, Grade A meats. NDN is careful to ensure that all ingredients are used in proper proportion within each batch of food as well as over the course of the year. Most of our meats are sourced locally from sustainable livestock producers.

We carefully select our meats from farmers who use humane and sustainable methods of raising their livestock in a free-range/pasture environment. Our meat products contain no antibiotics or hormones.

Fresh, Organic Vegetables

The vegetables in NDN products are sustainably grown, using organic and other methods.  Almost all of the produce is grown by The Shady Grove Farm.

Each batch of food is prepared with an average of 8-12 different seasonal vegetables. The following are included regularly in our mix: alfalfa, arugula, beets, bok choi, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chard, collard greens, cucumber, dandelion greens, garlic, ginger root, green beans, Jerusalem artichokes, jicama, kale, mustard greens, parsley, plantain leaf, rutabaga, spinach, squash (summer and winter types), sweet potatoes, tomatoes, turnips, and zucchini.

What's Not In Our Food?

No grain products or fillers. Grain waste and fillers are a major ingredient of even premium commercial pet foods, but you'll find them absent from NDN products.  Why? Because grain waste and fillers are used commercially to provide cheap bulk and calories to commercial foods at lower costs.

These grain waste and fillers include contaminated/spoiled grains, newspaper, and even euthanized animals (from animal shelters).  Unfortunately, the result is that these ingredients contribute to sick and overweight pets.

We do not use substandard meat ingredients either.  No 4D meats (Dead, Diseased, Dying, Disabled), no rendered offal, no fillers of any kind.
